Necessary conditions:

• The product must be unused
• The exchange should be made within 7 calendar days from delivery date.
• The product should be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, Invoice) and should be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, the special markings (labels / barcodes) should not be removed and the packaging should be the one that accompanied the product upon receipt
• The shipment should be made exclusively with the courier company we work with
• The free exchange policy is valid only for the first exchange and each new shipment will be charged with a 4€ shipping fee.
• We inform you that the company bears no responsibility for any damages or defects of products after their use and is not obliged under any circumstances to replace them.
• Our company offers you the first exchange free of charge, if you buy another product from our online store.
• Products under the “SPECIAL OFFERS” category are not subject to the terms of exchanges.

Returns
1 . What is the Returns policy?

You may return the product you purchased from our online store within 7 (seven) calendar days from delivery date.

Products under the accessories category are not returnable.
